Notice is hereby given to all members of Landsdale Netball Club Inc that it is proposed to alter the Constitution by special resolution at a Special General Meeting of the Club on;

Background
As an incorporated body, adherence to the current Associations Incorporation Act is required.
The Associations Incorporation Act 2015 came into effect 1st July 2016, replacing the Associations Incorporation Act 1987, with a three-year transition period in place. During the transition period each club is required to update it’s Constitution to:
· include all the matters set out in Schedule 1 of the Act
· ensure that their rules comply with the requirements of the new Act.
